Countdown to Summer '26: Camper Forms are OPEN!
[This information applies specifically to registered summer camp participants, and was sent via email to registered families on April 13, 2026]
Hiya Camp Greenville friends!
We're back with another YCG update in our Countdown to Summer 2026! This week, we're announcing that our 2026 camper forms are open, woohoo! Here's the overview:
All required forms are due by May 15, 2026 unless otherwise noted below. This year's required forms include:
Health Form (REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPERS)
Encompasses all aspects of your camper's health. Check out our article on Healthcare & Medications @ Camp on the blog for more information about your camper's health at camp AND review our Medication Administration Parent Guide!
Information for Cabin Leader (REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPERS)
This form delves into all things camper! Tell us more about your camper (and you!) so that we can best prepare to support your camper's time at camp.
Airport Transportation (due at least two weeks before camper arrival)
Complete if your camper will be flying into/out of AND needs to be picked up from/dropped off at one of our two designated pickup airports.
Adventure Waivers (various, multiple)
Complete if your camper is in an adventure program. Waivers will be available to fill out based on which program you have selected. Please complete ALL adventure waivers that appear in your Parent Portal.
Annnnd don't forget to complete the Cabinmates Request form (due at least two weeks before camper arrival) if you haven't already requested cabinmates in your original enrollment! This form allows you to request up to 3 cabinmates you would like your camper to bunk with. (Please note that we do our best to honor requests, but placement is not guaranteed).
