Due to the complex nature of logistics related to Family Camp registration, families will not be registering directly into the program. Instead, you will be submitting an Application.

When you submit your application you will not be automatically charged the deposit. Instead, your payment information will be saved. Applications will be processed in the order they are received, starting the next day. If there is space available, your deposit will be charged and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Deposits: A $50 per person deposit is paid at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable. You may add people to your cabin at any time, up to the maximum number of spots in the cabin. There must be a $50 non-refundable deposit paid for each person.

Payments: The remaining balance due for your cabin/family will be applied to your account at a later time, and you will be notified via email. Each program has its own pricing and schedule. If you have questions about this, please contact Camper Services

Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel your registration at any time, the deposits you’ve paid are non-refundable. If you cancel after the payment deadline for your program (one month prior to the program), your balance paid is also non-refundable.

When you complete the application, you may:

List any families that you would like to share a cabin with (this means sharing sleeping space and bathrooms), and you will be assigned together in one cabin, even if you are registering separately.

You are not required to share a cabin with other families, and you will not be assigned with another family unless you specifically request to be with a particular family. If not planning to share a cabin, you may leave this question blank.

If you’d like to request a particular cabin building to be assigned to, you may submit your request in the application, but please note your requests are not guaranteed. You may list your #1, #2, and #3 choices; or leave this question blank.

Lakeside or Ridgetop Cabins

Base rate: $1250 includes 4 people

Additional participants: $150 per person

(14-16 capacity in cabin)

Adventure Cabins

Base rate: $850 for up to 4 people

Additional participants: $150 per person after up to max
