Divisions & program availability for Summer 2027 are determined by the grade your camper is rising into in Fall 2027.

Colored blocks indicate availability; grayed out blocks indicate no availability this session.

Registration Timeline

  • PHASE 1 - October 6, 2026

    Summer 2027 registration opens online for all returning camper families (those that attended in Summer 2026).

    Registration will open in phases by division (including any relevant Adventure programs):

    • 6:00 PM EST for only D3 level campers (all programs)

    • 7:00 PM EST for all D2 level campers (D3 will remain open)

    • 8:00 PM EST for all D1 (includes Parent + Me) & D4 (includes sophomore LDP) level campers (D2 and D3 will remain open)

  • PHASE 2 - October 13, 2026

    Summer 2027 registration opens online for all new camper families and anyone not eligible for earlier registration dates.

    Families of 2026 waitlisted campers are invited to register at 6:00 PM. All others may register starting at 7:00 PM.

Rates & Additional Registration Info

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at registration (per camper, per session).

  • Rates for Summer 2027 are as follows:

    • Base Camp: $1525

    • Adventure Camp - 1 Week: $1675

    • Adventure Camp - 2 Weeks: $3350

    • Sophomore LDP: $1525

    • Parent + Me: $1525 (half-week, cost for child & parent together)

  • Weekend stayover is available at a rate of $200 (per camper, per session).

  • Pay-in-full and monthly payment installments are available for the payment of 2027 camp funds. If not paying in full at the time of registration, you will be automatically enrolled in monthly draft payments starting the month following your registration date.

  • Financial aid is available to those who pay the initial $200 non-refundable deposit and submit the appropriate application and documentation.

  • Airport Transportation to/from GSP or AVL and camp is available for an additional fee each way (form coming soon).

Registration Prep, Walkthrough, & Follow-up

Pre-registration Prep:

  • Review our updated Policies & Procedures, FAQs, and Dates & Rates webpages.

  • New Campers

  • Returning Campers/already established accounts:

    • Update your financial information by clicking "Financial Management" in your Parent Portal under the Your Family header.

    • Update your camper's information or add your camper's sibling by clicking "Camper Information" under the Your Camper header in your Parent Portal and submitting a request to update/add info; if asking for a sibling to be added, please include their full name, full date of birth (including year), gender, grade, and school name. You can also add new sibling information at registration open.

Post-registration Confirmation:

  • Review your enrollment confirmation email carefully after your enrollment is confirmed! Let us know if there are any updates required by directly replying to your confirmation email right away.

  • If one of your campers was waitlisted for a session, but their sibling was able to be enrolled in that same session — we ask that you reply directly to your waitlist confirmation email indicating that this is the case so that we can make note.

  • If your payment method for the deposit declined — your camper's registration will moved into "applied" status instead of "enrolled", but your place is still held for 48 hours. Update your payment method on file and then send us an email at camper_services@ymcagreenville.org so that we can manually push through your registration and deposit.

  • If your camper is waitlisted — we will be reviewing waitlists in the week following registration, and will open additional cabins as is needed. We will reach out to you if a spot opens up for your camper!
