Countdown to Summer '26: Packing Lists, Themes, Events, Oh My!

Hey there, YMCA Camp Greenville Crew!
Camp is just around the corner and your Comms Team is here to keep you up to date on all the latest! Summer will be here in just a few short months, so keep an eye on your emails in the lead up for regular important information regarding camp. This week, we’re talking Final Payments, Packing Lists, Summer Themes, and our Volunteer Work Day!
First up, our final auto-draft payment will be processed on Friday, April 10, 2026. Please be sure your card information on file is correct, or make updates by logging into the Parent Portal. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via phone (including voicemail) or email BEFORE noon on April 9, 2026. Reach out to camper_services@ycmagreenville.org or call (864) 823-2043 for assistance.
As a reminder, at this time and through May 10, 2026, refund requests are only considered for major life circumstances beyond your control (such as family relocation, serious injury/illness, emergency hardships, etc.). Requests must be submitted with documentation for refund consideration. After May 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
Now let’s talk packing lists! It’s time to dust off that duffel bag and clean out your canteen! We’ve got an updated packing list for 2026, so be sure to check out all the latest recommendations! And speaking of packing...drumroll please.....! It’s theme time! Each week at camp, we have a themed dinner and camper show, including dress-up, a dance party, and more week-end celebrations! Check out an overview of the themes below to start prepping your fun dress-up attire, and look out for a blog post in the Mountain View News for more in-depth info soon!
