Waitlist Process

If you have been added to a waitlist, it means that ALL CAMPER SPOTS ARE FULL for your preferred session and program for your camper’s age level and gender.

If a spot in a full session becomes available...

  1. We will contact the first waitlisted camper’s family.

  2. The camper’s registration will be put into “applied” status, which means it is a pending registration; and we will reach out via at least two methods (email, text, or phone).

  3. You have 24 hours to respond to confirm and your deposit will be charged and confirmation email sent.

  4. If we have not heard from you or you have not paid your deposit within 24 hours, we will offer the spot to the second waitlisted camper’s family, following the same method.

Waitlist Movement

Unfortunately, there is no way to predict how quickly your position will move up the waitlist (if at all).

The only two ways your position on the waitlist will improve are:

  1. a registered attendee cancels their registration, or

  2. someone above you on the waitlist removes themselves from the waitlist.

There is also the chance that your position on the waitlist could become lower. This is not common, but could happen due to the ways our registration system records waitlist timestamps and when we give priority to a family for special circumstances (including complicated sibling combinations of sessions).

Waitlist Inquiry Form

We check form submissions 2 times per week. Due to volume it may take 3 to 5 business days to receive a response. Once you receive an update, you’re welcome to check back continually but there is not typically drastic movement week to week, but please know your campers position on the waitlist will be maintained automatically. If spots do open, we will be sure to contact you directly.
