Welcome Dale to YCG!

We are so excited to welcome Dale Bond to the Camp Greenville year round team as our Director of Camper Services and Communications.

Dale has over 20 years of experience serving youth camps across Pennsylvania and Maryland, where she has supported campers, families, and staff from a wide range of leadership and operational roles. She has a strong background working with non-profits and specifically Girl Scouts, and has maintained an emphasis on procedural efficiency and transparent & empathetic communication within each role.

Dale graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in English from Kutztown University in 2016, and has an undergraduate degree in Professional Writing & Anthropology. Simultaneously while maintaining presence in the camp, youth, & environmental industries, she has served in communications and directorial roles in a variety of other fields, including veterinary, additive manufacturing, and university & public relations.

Dale will be directly responsible for communications for all of camp including all things registration as well as camp messaging, our camp store and managing our social media. We are so excited for her to bring her expertise to this team!
