Visit Camp

Dr. Andrew Bobilya brought a group of his students from Montreat to visit Camp Greenville. We were lucky enough to have his wife Kirsten and new daughter Lilyanne join him for the visit. (See pictures below)

From a previous post: Andrew Bobilya reports: "I thought you might like to hear the good news . . . my wife, Kirsten DeWitt-Bobilya and I are blessed to announce the arrival of Lilyanne DeWitt Bobilya born Friday, June 29th at 6:55 p.m. She weighed 6 lbs. 12 ounces. This is our first child, so for those of you who have had this experience or been close to someone who has - you know what I mean when I say it is truly a miracle which God designs! We are thankful to be able to embark on this journey." Andrew is an Assistant Professor in the Outdoor Education Department at Montreat College. Send them congratulations at: abobilya@montreat.edu

Melvin and Dollie Younts

Melvin Younts fondly recalls his childhood experiences at YMCA Camp Greenville. Memories of his days and nights on “the mountain” he has now passed along to his children and grandchildren who also cherish their experiences at Camp Greenville. And, because of his recent donation of $25,000 to the Y, Younts ensures that this summer tradition will be possible for many other families as well.
